Ways I Earn Some Extra Money With Little To No Effort

     Adulting is rough, budgeting your money to pay bills is tough, making sure you have some extra money put aside is a must. Aside from working a 9 to 5 job, there are plenty of other ways out there to earn a little extra on the side. Putting some extra money after each paycheck should be in all of our plans, adding a little more to it is a delight, especially if you can do it without doing too much extra work.

    Some online research took me to some apps and websites that help earn some extra cash by doing a few tasks. Here are some that are tried and proven to be worth it for me.

1. Ibotta

Cash back on groceries and so much more!

Everytime you shop at grocery stores and hundred of other retailers, Ibotta can earn you cashback money for items you normally would buy anyways so why not make some extra money from them. After you do your shopping, you can scan your receipt on their app and you will get cashback from qualifying items that you purchased.  

I haven't made that much from Ibotta but it all adds up in the end and making money from scanning receipts when I buy stuff it's definitely a win for me!

It's free to join and of course there are no monthly fees to use the app and they are pretty quick when you redeem your earnings, I do it through Paypal.

2. Shopkick

Shop. Earn. Enjoy.

Shopkick is a fun and easy way to earn gift cards for shopping.

This app is amazing. You earn points or what they call kicks from activities you do a stores. One way is you automatically get kicks when you walk into selected partner stores, simple as that. Another ways is to scan barcodes of selected products in store and you will also earn kicks for that. Lastly, you can purchase some select items that are shown on the app and then scan your receipt for more kicks!

You can redeem your kicks for giftcards, donate it to American Red Cross and also for a Vespa!
